Lisa Remedios, MD

Dr. Remedios is originally from Oakland, California and graduated from UC San Diego, studying Biology and French literature.  She attended the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis and completed OB/GYN residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center/Parkland Hospital in Dallas. 

Dr. Remedios worked in private practice in Dallas for more than a decade, before switching her focus to education.  She worked as clinical faculty at UT Southwestern and Dartmouth Health and worked at UWorld, writing USMLE test questions for medical students and residents to pass their board examinations.  Dr. Remedios moved to Santa Fe in 2023 to work at Christus St. Vincent Hospital, and now calls New Mexico home. 

She is passionate about women’s health and has been performing DaVinci robotic surgery since 2011.
