Markus E. Garard, MD

Dr. Markus E. Garard was born and raised in Southern California, graduating with honors from UC Santa Barbara in Microbiology with a minor in surfing. He received both his medical training and his orthopedic training at Saint Louis University learning under renowned total joint surgeons Drs. Burdge and Whiteside.

Dr. Garard has been practicing in New Mexico since 2003, in private practice in Farmington from 2003-2017, and in Santa Fe from 2017 to the present. His orthopedic areas of interest include Adult Reconstructive Surgery of the hip and knee, and general orthopedic trauma.

In his spare time Dr. Garard enjoys competitive amateur golf and skiing.
